The natural ingredients contained in Stammina Rx tend to expand with time, heat and moisture. This expansion can cause the outer casing of the tablets to eventually break down.

To prevent this from happening we recommended that the Stammina Rx product be stored in the freezer.

If you it already has cracked or crumbled just mix a 1/2 teaspoon of Rx ith a small amount of water will provide the same dosage as 1 tablet.
